The hotel had a really good shower in the rooms and the option for an additional bed was convenient. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was exceptional with a lovely welcome drink. The location was convenient, being near the metro station and close to the motorway network, airport, and a shopping center with plenty of dining options. The dining experience, while lacking guava jam, was satisfactory. The facilities were up to standard.
